1. How can I pay?
You have 4 different ways of payment:
Credit/Debit card (no charge):
- Through Banco Sabadell’s secure virtual POS.
- Your card data are not collected and travel always encrypted.
- Keep your PIN number on hand for card purchases.
PayPal (no charge):
- Through Paypal’s secure server.
Transfer or deposit (no charge)
- Receiver: COOLLIGAN S.L.
- Bank: Banco Sabadell

- Transfers made from different Banks take 1 or 2 working days to be confirmed. Send your payment receipt to info@coolligan.com to speed up the delivery.
Cash on delivery payment
You can pay when you receive the order. However, you should know that the shipping company will charge 3,00€ of the purchase amount.
Payment method available in Spain, European Union, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland.
2. Can I pay by phone?
Of course. Just call +34 616 252 645 (10:00-22:00, UTC+01:00, continental Spain time zone). Let us know the purchase content and make the payment on the same call. We will send it wherever you want.
3. And if I have doubts about my size?
At every single product page there is a size chart with the measurements. If you still undecided just send a mail with your height & weight to info@coolligan.com and we will be delighted to let you know your exact size.
4. Do the prices have the VAT included?
Yes. All prices include 21% VAT tax.
5. What are the shipping costs?
The shipping cost will be visible when you move forward through the purchase process. You can see a small a small summary below:
- EU: 15€
- Rest of the World: 25€

6. When will I receive my order?
Depending on the destinations, the delivery period will be:
- Spain & Portugal: max. 48h (working days)
- Rest of EU: max. 5 working days
- Rest of the World: max. 10 working days
Shippings will be made by a shipping company from Monday to Friday (with the exception of holidays) before 19:00 (UTC+01:00, continental Spain time zone).
7. Can I change my products or ask for a refund?
Every ítem offered by coolligan.com pass rigorous quality controls and are made by high quality manufacturers of international prestige. In addition, each and every one of our products are checked before shipping. Give you joy when you receive your order is a source of satisfaction to us, so we put the maximum effort on it.
If you still not satisfied, for whatever reason, you can return it within 7 working days from the order’s acceptance date (Ley 7/1996, de 15 de Enero de Ordenación del Comercio Minorista).
Shipping cost will be chargeable to the customer. To return your purchase customers must send the product in perfect condition, in the original packaging to:

Once we receive the product and after the verification of its correct status, we will proceed to refund the purchase amount (except shipping cost) by the same means the payment was made
Every single one of our products have a shipping insurance so if you receive a product with packaging defects or it does not correspond with the one you have purchased, please contact us within the next 24 hours from the order’s acceptance date by mail (info@coolligan.com) or by phone (+34 616 252 645). In this case, the shipping costs will be chargeable to us. We will send a brand new product at no extra cost, or we will refund the amount of it, as you prefer.
8. What kind of personal data will I be asked for?
Only the strictly necessary. For instance, we need to know your phone number so the shipping company can contact you to give you information about the shipping status or to manage unexpected events (absence of people at the delivery address, wrong address,…).
It is not mandatory to register as user to buy in our online store.
We will never sell, give or rent your personal data to anyone, according to the terms set by the Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos.
